So many of these idiots are driving diesels without snorkels fitted to their engine-intakes! 2:33 The Mitsubishi dual-cab Triton should've known better because their truck has a bonnet-scoop for the diesel's turbo-intercooler, & the awful clatter after its swim is proof that something expensive has occurred! My guess is that the cylinder couldn't take the pressure, or one or more pistons tried escaping out the side of the engine-block! (For viewers who aren't aware, air/fuel mixtures compress, but a water/fuel mixture won't compress! 7:40 The Land Rover & the Mitsubishi SWB Pajero following behind have the right idea & are well prepared with proper snorkels fitted!
